Anyone who has ever gone out for a run with a friend knows what a cathartic experience it can be. It’s a time to clear your head, share stories, and spend genuine and sincere time together, all while getting some exercise.
Fellow Flowers provides exactly that, but on a much larger scale. This running community connects women to each other, to races, and to the idea that we can help heal ourselves by hitting the pavement together.
